 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><DIV><P><SPAN>Represents Pavement Striping. Pavement lines are used to denote the edge of travel lanes and to denote individual travel lanes. 1) Begin/End Striping: At the beginning/ending of each road, an initialization point will be measured in the center of the road. All pavement Striping features for the right and left sides of the road are attributed to the initialization coordinates. 2) Attribute Change: At locations where the pavement Striping begins, ends, or attribute information for the pavement Striping changes a point will be measured to denote the change location. If pavement striping change points occur at the same location for the left and right side of road only one set of coordinates will be used to denote the change. 3) Centerline Striping: Centerline pavement stripings are attributed to the right side of the road. 4) No Striping Present within Segment: If no pavement Striping is present on a road segment, no pavement Striping measurement will be recorded. Types of Pavement Striping include dashed and solid. The cumulative number of Striping features that occur at each change location is captured.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
