They are also attributed according to the quadrant of the intersection in which they are located (NW, NE, SW, SE).  <\/SPAN><SPAN STYLE=\"font-style:italic;\">The Individual Signal Heads and attributes are now recorded in the Signal Poles Feature Class.  This Feature Class is retired.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV>",
