Locations were derived from a general description of a work site provided by Grounds Operation Managers and were enhanced with a parcel address from the Parcel Addressing feature dataset by the DPW GIS Team. Grounds Maintenance Division personnel reviewed and accepted the addresses and acreages which were assigned. It is likely that additional Grounds Maintenance locations will be identified and added to the base data. In the future Grounds Maintenance locations will be used in the Public Works' GIS-based Asset Management System (AMS) to coordinate and schedule responses to requests for service.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
