The Target Parcel Acquisition parcels are required to be maintained according to City ordinance, in support of the City's Master Plan. If a permit is applied for on these properties, then it triggers a workflow in the Energov system to perform a review of the parcel, in terms of the Master Plan. The department of Planning and Development Review (PDR) is required by ordinance to track any parcels that they deem worthy of purchase to assist in implementation of Richmond's Master Plan; PDR decides which parcels to track.This feature class should be reviewed and edited on a periodic basis; to be decided by PDR. |
